Nicole Yershon, Founder and CEO of The New York Collective, and founder Ogilvy Labs - Talks about, how do you help your organisation to embrace innovation to expand creativity? In this session about disruption, Nicole will share her extensive experience setting up and leading Ogilvy Labs, that aimed to exactly that.

Bringing in tech innovations that could proof useful for the global agency. Many awards have been won in the wake of her introducing new technology. Now, in her post-agency practice, she directly helps brands achieve the same.
