HONORARY FELLOWSHIP FOR RAVENSBOURNE UNIVERSITY 2012 & 2019

I had the honour of receiving an Honorary Fellowship for Ravensbourne University in 2012. I am proud to be part of their growing success and was invited to the Convocation again in Nov 2019.

Ravensbourne University London is a digital media and design university, with vocational courses in fashion, television and broadcasting, interactive product design, architecture and environment design, graphic design, animation, moving image, music production for media and sound design.

I have been involved with Ravensbourne University, since setting up a Diversity programme, called The Rough Diamond at Ogilvy Labs. Ogilvy were based in Canary Wharf, therefore, it made sense to build a relationship with the students going to a new award winning campus constructed at Greenwich Peninsula, opening in September 2010.[14] The new campus is next to The O2, an entertainment district at Greenwich Peninsula. This brings the institution closer to partner institutions and the industries to which it relates. The building won a British Construction Industry Award in 2011.[15]

An article written by one of our original Rough Diamonds, Sophie Bosworth, Age 14, explains the visionary diversity & inclusion programme brilliantly from 2012.
