INSPIRING LAB TO OPEN IN OGILVY SOUTH AFRICA, ATHENS, LISBON, BARCELONA 2014

I spoke at Net Prophet 2014, the latest edition of Africa’s largest entrepreneurship, innovation and startup event? That year’s Net Prophet conference bought together a mix of entrepreneurs and leading minds in the technology space to discuss all things digital. Oh, and don’t forget Julian Assange.

The controversial Wikileaks founder was that year’s headline speaker, calling in to the Cape Town-based event via WeChat video stream from his temporary home in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he has been staying since June 2012 to evade an extradition order.

He was joined by speakers such as eBay’s vice president of marketing Jody Ford, director of innovations at Ogilvy London Nicole Yershon and Quirk founder and group CEO Rob Stokes (to name a few).
