REPUBLISHED MY BOOK - Rough Diamond - October 2022
I was away with some wonderful women on a Retreat in Provence in September 2022.
We were chatting about my book and one of the women wanted to order it.
I gave her the Amazon details, but when she went to order it, Amazon said ‘it isn’t available’. I couldn’t believe it, and tried it myself and had the same issue.
I got in touch with my publisher, in California, and he got back to me immediately saying that Covid had been difficult for his business and he had to shut up shop.
Which left me with a choice:-
Find another publisher
Do nothing
Publish it myself on Amazon, with a new look and feel, new cover and type, plus an extra last chapter
Of course, I took option 3 and got to work immediately. Have I ever self-published a book, No, but then again you have to try these things.
It was a success and one of my highlights from 2022, Turning Disruption into Advantage!
