Nicole has over 30 years experience in the Advertising, Technology and Start Up Industry. She was the founder of Ogilvy Labs, with a brief from an enlightened CEO in 2000, to bring them into the 21st century over 17 years ago. She understands large corporate mentality and the necessity for companies and most importantly, people, to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit. She is founder of The NYCollective - a collective of disruptors, strategists, designers, technologists and other disruptive souls that act as an outsourced innovation team for organisations, big and small, on projects across the landscape.
